Attention: women across Castle Hill, Norwest, Baulkham Hills & Bella Vista
Your bowel movements are a report card of your digestive health. Almost nobody has been taught how to read theirs. We've had a free 15-minute phone consultation sitting in our booking system since the day we opened — and this August and September, we're finally telling people it exists. No clinic visit, no commitment. Just a call. Everyone who books also receives all three volumes of the BUC Wellness Collection.
15 minutes · Free · 3 guides until 30 September
This is your call, not our sales pitch. You talk, we listen, and you get honest answers from someone who has heard all of it before. Things people ask us every week:
Free consultation · 3 guides until 30 September
Book my free consultationThen it becomes the reason you undo the top button by 2pm.
The reason you skip the second coffee. The reason you quietly plan your day around where the bathrooms are. The reason there are two sizes of the same jeans in the wardrobe, and you know by 10am which pair it's going to be.
And here's the part almost nobody says out loud: it's embarrassing. Not the feeling itself — the talking about it. So it doesn't get talked about. It gets managed, privately, for years.
Maybe gluten came out. Maybe dairy went next. Maybe three different probiotics went in, each one recommended by somebody who swore it changed their life. Maybe there's a shelf in the kitchen that has quietly become a graveyard of half-finished supplements.
Maybe it got raised at an appointment — the ten-minute kind — and came back as "it's probably just stress" or "that's just IBS, a lot of people have it." And that was that. No plan. No follow-up. Just a shrug and the car park.
Somewhere along the way it stopped feeling like a problem to solve, and started feeling like just how your body is now.
Bloating, straining, skipping days, feeling heavy, planning life around your bowel — these can slowly become "just how I am." But becoming accustomed to a symptom is not the same as that symptom being fine.
The part that usually gets skipped
Elimination diets, probiotics, fibre supplements, food diaries — every one of them is an input strategy. Change what goes in, and hope what comes out sorts itself out.
For plenty of people that works. For plenty of others it doesn't, and they're left assuming they simply haven't found the right diet yet. So the cycle starts again with a different plan and a different supplement.
Rojas Colon Hydrotherapy® works at the other end of that same pathway — and its point of difference is hydration, not elimination. Triple-filtered structured water is introduced and released in slow, guided fill-and-release cycles. It's body-led rather than forced. It's a fully closed system, so water and waste move discreetly through sealed tubing — no exposure, no odour, no mess. And a certified therapist stays in the room with you the entire time.
The consultation is where you find out whether it's actually appropriate for you — honestly, and without a sales pitch attached.
Nobody arrives here completely relaxed about it. That's normal, and it's exactly why the phone call exists — so the first step costs you nothing but fifteen minutes.
What you can expect from us
We listen first. You'll be doing most of the talking. There's nothing you can say that we haven't heard before, and nothing that will make us uncomfortable.
We look for the source, not the symptom. Anyone can suggest a quick fix. We'd rather understand the whole picture — what you eat, how you sleep, how you're moving, what your pattern has actually been — and give you advice that fits your life.
We're meticulous about hygiene. A fully closed system, single-use disposables, private rooms, and a certified therapist with you the whole time. Clean, contained, and completely odour-free.
We'll always be straight with you. If something you describe would be better looked at by your GP, we'll say so on the call — and we'll say it kindly.
Rojas Colon Hydrotherapy® is a holistic wellness therapy. It works alongside your doctor rather than in place of them, and part of a good conversation is being honest about what it is and isn't right for.
Three certified therapists, one small Bella Vista clinic, and no production line. The person you speak to on the phone is the person you'd see afterwards, if you chose to go ahead.
Our therapists are internationally qualified, trained in the Rojas Technique, and members of the professional body IICT. Our clinic owner has been a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist since 2022 and is currently studying Nursing.
Every review is public and verifiable. We'd rather you read them yourself than take our word for any of this.
Water and waste move through sealed tubing directly to the drain. Nothing is exposed. It is clean, contained and completely odour-free.
A certified therapist stays with you throughout, guiding the water flow, checking in at every step, and slowing or pausing at any moment you ask.

Limited slots each week alongside regular appointments
Book my free consultationHere's the honest version. We've had a free 15-minute consultation sitting in our booking system since the day we opened. Almost nobody books it.
Not because people don't need it. The Hills District is full of women quietly managing this — comparing notes with nobody, googling symptoms at 11pm, mentioning it once to a GP and then never again. But nobody wants to be the person who rings up a colonics clinic to ask a question.
So this August and September we're doing something we've never done: actually telling people it exists.
That's the whole offer. There's no discount, because there was never a price. Nothing has been marked down and nothing is about to go back up. The only thing that has changed is that we've stopped quietly waiting for people to find it on their own.
And because this is an easier conversation to have when you've had a chance to read something first, everyone who books before the end of September also receives all three volumes of the BUC Wellness Collection. Those genuinely are new — we wrote them this year, and September is the last month they're going out with the consultation.

What the consultation costs
$0
And it always has. No card, no obligation, and no catch waiting to be discovered later.
Our pricing is published openly on our website, so you can look before you ever speak to us. And if it's easier, just ask on the call — we'll happily go through it with you there and then. No packages to sit through, and no expectation that you book anything at all.
Volume 1
Digestion and absorption, microbiome and immunity, the gut-brain connection, elimination and hydration — plus six everyday investments in your gut.
Volume 2
Why going doesn't always mean emptying, the four patterns worth noticing, what supports comfortable bowel function, and when to seek medical advice promptly.
Volume 3
How nerves, hormones, immune signals and microbial metabolites carry information in both directions — and why nerves can feel physical.
We have never advertised this consultation before, which is exactly why almost nobody has taken it. Now that we are, the constraint is the diary. Consultations sit alongside paid appointments across three therapists, and each can only give up a handful of slots a week without pushing out clients who have already booked. When a week's slots are gone, they're gone.
The consultation itself stays free after September — it always has been. What finishes on 30 September is the Wellness Collection going home with it.

P.S. If you close this page, the most likely thing that happens is nothing. Another season of undoing the top button by 2pm, another shelf of half-finished supplements, another year of telling yourself it's normal — still without an answer either way.
Or you spend fifteen minutes finding out what your body has been trying to tell you. It costs nothing, it always has, and until 30 September you receive all three guides as well.
Leave your details above and we'll call you.
