Bloated By Dinner? Free 15-Minute Gut Health Consultation For Men Over 45 | Bottoms Up Colonics
★★★★★ 5.0 from 32 Google reviews · Bella Vista, Hills District

Attention: men over 45 across Castle Hill, Norwest, Baulkham Hills & Bella Vista

Comfortable at breakfast, straining by dinner — a waistline that changes through the day is telling you something.

Plenty of men have spent years putting it down to the beer, the desk job and their age — when the pattern points somewhere else entirely. There's a simple way to tell the difference, and it takes about two seconds. It's also the first thing we talk about on a free 15-minute phone consultation — free since the day we opened, and this August and September we're finally telling people it's there.

A man in his fifties standing in a suburban kitchen in the morning, dressed for work, looking down as he does up his belt, coffee and unopened mail on the bench beside him.

Run this on yourself before you read another word

Two patterns that can look similar — and behave completely differently

One is steady body composition, built gradually over years. The other is volume — gas, fluid or waste sitting in a digestive system that isn't clearing as comfortably as it could. In a mirror they can look much the same. Across a single day, they behave nothing alike.

The morning-and-evening check Compare your waistline at 7am with your waistline at 8pm

A steady pattern

  • About the same size morning and night
  • Soft rather than firm to the touch
  • Changed gradually, over years
  • Belt sits on the same notch all day
  • Doesn't respond much to what was eaten that day

A pattern that changes daily

  • Comfortable in the morning, tight by mid-afternoon
  • Firm and pressurised rather than soft
  • Changes noticeably within a single day
  • Belt goes out a notch after lunch
  • Tracks with meals, and often with how the bowel is moving

If the right-hand column sounds familiar, that's worth fifteen minutes of a conversation. Not because there's a miracle waiting — but because it may be a very different thing to the one that's been assumed all along.

You've done the obvious things. That's the frustrating part.

The beer came down. The walking went up. The gut stayed exactly where it was.

Maybe you gave up the mid-week drinks for three months and nothing moved. Maybe you've been to the gym more consistently at 52 than you did at 32, watched your arms and shoulders respond, and watched your middle ignore the whole exercise entirely.

Maybe someone made a joke about when it's due. Maybe it was your wife, gently. Maybe it was a mate at a barbecue, less gently. Either way you laughed, and either way it landed.

So you've filed it under middle age and that's just what happens, and you've stopped mentioning it, because what is there to say? Everyone's got one. It's a running joke on the internet. It's supposedly the price of being fifty.

But the thing that's been filed away doesn't behave like something built up gradually over years. It behaves like something that fills and empties.

And nobody has ever sat down with you for a quarter of an hour and asked what your digestion is actually doing — because that conversation isn't in a ten-minute appointment, and it's not one blokes tend to start.

Where we actually fit

Everything you've tried was aimed at what goes in

Cutting beer, cutting carbs, more steps, more gym, another protein powder — every one of them is an input strategy. Change what goes in, and hope what comes out sorts itself out.

Rojas Colon Hydrotherapy® works at the other end of the same pathway. Triple-filtered structured water is introduced and released in slow, guided fill-and-release cycles. It's body-led, not forced. It's a fully closed system, so water and waste move through sealed tubing straight to the drain — no exposure, no odour, no mess. A certified therapist stays in the room the whole time.

It may support more comfortable, more complete elimination. What it will definitely do is give you fifteen minutes with someone who asks the questions nobody has asked you yet.

A safe place to start the conversation

Nobody rings up completely relaxed about this. That's normal, and it's exactly why the phone call exists — so the first step costs nothing but fifteen minutes, from wherever you're comfortable talking.

What you can expect from us

We listen first. You'll be doing most of the talking. There's nothing you can say that we haven't heard before, and nothing that will make us uncomfortable.

We look for the source, not the symptom. Anyone can offer a quick fix. We'd rather understand the whole picture — what you eat, how you sleep, how you're moving, what the pattern has actually been — and give you advice that fits your life.

We're meticulous about hygiene. A fully closed system, single-use disposables, private rooms, and a certified therapist with you the whole time. Clean, contained, and completely odour-free.

Every call starts with your health history. A few straightforward questions, so we can be confident this is the right fit for you before anything else is discussed.

Rojas Colon Hydrotherapy® is a holistic wellness therapy, and individual suitability varies from person to person. Working out whether it suits you is the whole purpose of the call.

Who you'll be speaking to

Three certified therapists, one small Bella Vista clinic, no production line. The person you speak to on the phone is the person you'd see afterwards, if you chose to go ahead.

Certified and professionally accredited

Internationally qualified therapists trained in the Rojas Technique and members of the professional body IICT. Our clinic owner has been a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist since 2022 and is currently studying Nursing.

Every review is public and verifiable. We'd rather you read them yourself than take our word for any of this.

A fully closed system

Water and waste move through sealed tubing directly to the drain. Nothing is exposed. Clean, contained and completely odour-free.

Private, and briefer than you think

Your own room, your own therapist, and a door that stays shut. Most men's main objection is the awkwardness, and most say afterwards it was a fraction of what they'd built up.

A private treatment room at the Bella Vista clinic: warm timber slat wall, soft lighting, candles, folded towels and a treatment bed.

The consultation nobody books

Here's the honest version. We've had a free 15-minute consultation sitting in our booking system since the day we opened. Almost nobody books it.

Not because people don't need it. Men are, statistically, the last people through the door of any health clinic in Australia, and the Hills District is full of blokes who've been managing this quietly for years. But nobody wants to be the bloke who rings up a colonics clinic to ask a question.

So this August and September we're doing something we've never done: actually telling people it's there.

That's the whole offer. There's no discount, because there was never a price. Nothing has been marked down and nothing is about to go back up. The only thing that's changed is that we've stopped waiting for people to find it on their own.

And because this is an easier conversation when you've read something first, everyone who books before the end of September also receives all three volumes of the BUC Wellness Collection. Those genuinely are new — we wrote them this year, and September is the last month they go out with the consultation.

What it costs if you decide to go further

Our pricing is published openly on our website, so you can look before you ever speak to us. And if it's easier, just ask on the call — we'll happily go through it with you there and then. No packages to sit through, and no expectation that you book anything at all.

Why now, and why the slots are limited

We have never advertised this consultation before, which is exactly why almost nobody has taken it. Now that we are, the constraint is the diary. Consultations sit alongside paid appointments across three therapists, and each can only give up a handful of slots a week without pushing out clients who've already booked. When a week's slots are gone, they're gone.

The consultation itself stays free after September — it always has been. What finishes on 30 September is the Wellness Collection going home with it.

P.S. Go and look in the mirror tonight, then again tomorrow morning. If there's a real difference between the two, you've been managing the wrong problem — and no amount of walking, dieting or cutting back on beer was ever going to touch it, because you were aiming at the wrong thing.

Or spend fifteen minutes finding out what you're actually dealing with. It costs nothing, it always has, and until 30 September you receive all three guides as well.
